3. Do you have the ability and desire to develop a comprehensive business plan?
4. Do you have any optical industry experience? This is helpful, but not required.
5. Are you willing to be actively and personally involved in the operations of the store?
6. Can you meet the initial investment requirements of between $75,000 - $400,000?
